Shipping Policy

We ship to business addresses throughout the United States. Orders are fulfilled through our two central distribution hubs — Portland, Oregon and Shreveport, Louisiana — which are positioned to reduce transit times to most of the country.

Orders ship once your wholesale account is approved and your order has been confirmed with our team. The shipping carrier and method are agreed with you as part of your quote or order confirmation, based on your products, order size, and delivery destination.

Transit times depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and carrier schedules. Your order confirmation will include the expected delivery timeline for your shipment. Because orders ship from hubs in the Pacific Northwest and the South-Central United States, most destinations benefit from shorter transit times.

Once your order leaves our facility, we provide tracking information so you can follow it to your door. If anything about a shipment doesn't look right, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
